Plenary Tracker

Australia’s fifth Plenary Council officially gets underway this Sunday Oct 3rd, 2021, with the Opening Mass at St Mary’s Cathedral in Perth. Close to 300 Plenary members will then gather online till Oct 10th, 2021, for the first of two assemblies, discussing and discerning how to become a more Christ-centred Church. There will be 17 members participating in this gathering who have been called from the Archdiocese of Melbourne.

The Plenary Council website https://plenarycouncil.catholic.org.au/assembly-1/ will provide daily livestreams of parts of the opening Plenary sessions and Masses (including the Opening Mass on Sunday 3rd October). Plenary Council Masses and daily morning prayer booklets for full participation are available here: https://plenarycouncil.catholic.org.au/prayer/

You can also obtain highlights of the Plenary Council’s daily proceedings via Plenary Tracker. Every night from Sunday October 3 to October 10 at 7.30 AEDT, Genevieve will speak with Plenary members and insiders summarising, highlighting, and discussing each day’s events.

Registering for Plenary Tracker is FREE.  Simply fill in your details here to receive the one web link that allows you to join us each night.

By registering you will also receive daily emails with a video recording of the previous night’s session, and a link to Emeritus Professor John Warhurst AO’s daily blog.  John is a Plenary Council member.

Plenary Tracker is brought to you by the Australasian Catholic Coalition for Church Reform in partnership with Concerned Catholics Canberra Goulburn, and with the support of Garratt Publishing.
