As part of our parish’s ongoing efforts to maintain an up-to-date database to facilitate timely communications, we appreciate if parishioners can take some time to fill in the form that applies to you:

 

1. You are new to parish; or

 

2. Have been attending our parish but have not filled in a parish census card in the past 2 years; or

 

3. Your personal details, e.g. contact number or address, have changed since filling in the parish census card; or

 

4. You are no longer attending Ss Peter and Paul’s Parish.
